PRICES

Our prices are to be used as a guide only, prices vary dependent on hair length, texture and condition. These prices are subject to change should services require extra time or product. A quote will be provided before commencing the service.

QUOTES

Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email or socials. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your services or during a seperate consultation to the service which can be selected through our online booking system.

DEPOSITS / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOWS

To secure an appointment, clients must pay a non refundable deposit- This will come off your total on the day of your appointment.

This fee will be forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

It will be held as a credit on your account if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hrs before the booking.

Cancelling / Rescheduling can be done via our online booking link!

In the event of sickness or emergency please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments can be rescheduled one week later with no fee, however if an appointment is not rebooked, it will be treated as a cancellation during the notice period & the deposit will be forfeited.

If you have not paid a deposit and no show/ cancel within the 24 hour period an invoice will be sent via email for the $100 cancellation fee & you will have 3 business days to finalise payment. If this is not done you will not be able to book another appointment without paying a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Any client who does not show to their appointment will then be required to pay 50% deposit for any future bookings.

UPDATING / CHANGING APPOINTMENTS

Changed your mind on what you'd like to get done? All good, just let us know before your booking as we allocate enough time per booking based on services. We will just need to make sure we can accommodate for you and our other guests. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes to appointments.

ON A TIME SCHEDULE OR RUNNING LATE

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than fifteen minutes late to an appointment it may limit the service we are able to provide or if we are unable to complete the service the appointment will be treated as a 'no show' and a cancellation fee will be charged.

Please check timing if you have to be out by a certain time before coming to your appointment. Sometimes we need the time to make the magic happen.

CONFIRMATIONS

You will receive an EMAIL 2 days prior and a TEXT 5 days before your appointment

PLEASE CONFIRM so we know you are attending by replying yes to the message!

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Until you have received a confirmation email from us your appointment has not been confirmed and changes may be necessary to the services that you have selected, depending on timing. On the rare occasion appointments may need to be rescheduled, please ensure the details you enter online are correct.

NEW CLIENTS

For all new clientele, a complimentary consultation must be completed prior to a colour service. This is to ensure what you are booking is safe and achievable.

This can be done over text if necessary but is best to do in person so the hair can be analysed properly.

A no show to a booked consultation may deny you any future bookings.

You will receive a pre consult form before your first colour appointment this form MUST be filled out at least 3 days before your service.

PLUS ONE'S & CHILDREN

Due to our limited space & seating as well as chemicals, hot tools, scissors & furnishings which are unsafe for children we ask that appointments are attended solo.

Whilst we love meeting your little ones we respectfully ask that you find alternative care for them on the day of your appointment. With the exception of newborns (under 6 months old). This provides you and others in the salon having a service done a relaxing space.

We also ask that other family members, friends & partners do not join you during your appointment as our seats are extremely limited and reserved for clients only.

ADJUSTMENTS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your hair!

On the unlikely occasion that you have any concerns about your hair, you have a week in which to contact us and we will be happy to make any adjustments that are required. This must be booked within 2 weeks of your initial service. Beyond this time period any adjustments will be full price.

Any change of mind is at the expense of the client eg. wanting to go darker but not liking it & wanting to go back light.

We do not offer refunds on hair, retail products or services.
